Arrive at Leh Airport, where our team will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel.
The rest of the day is reserved for acclimatization to Ladakh’s high altitude. Proper acclimatization is essential for a safe and enjoyable cycling experience. After lunch, your guide will provide a detailed tour briefing, including cycling safety guidelines and an overview of the route.

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed sightseeing tour of the Indus Valley.
Visit Shey Palace, the former summer residence of Ladakh’s royal family, featuring a magnificent 12-meter-high copper-gilded statue of Shakyamuni Buddha. Continue to Thiksey Monastery, one of Ladakh’s most impressive monasteries, often compared to Tibet’s Potala Palace due to its striking architecture and hilltop setting.
Return to Leh in the afternoon.

Begin your cycling adventure by following the Indus River southeast toward Upshi on the Leh–Manali Highway. Enjoy scenic views of traditional villages, barren mountains, and fertile river valleys before continuing to Hemya.

Today’s ride takes you through remote Himalayan landscapes to the village of Chumathang, famous for its natural hot springs.
After a rewarding day on the bike, relax in the soothing thermal waters while enjoying beautiful views of the Indus Valley.

Ride through dramatic mountain scenery toward Mahe Bridge before entering a narrow green gorge leading to Sumdo Village.
In the evening, visit the local monastery and explore this peaceful Himalayan settlement.

Today you ride to the spectacular Tsomoriri Lake, one of Ladakh’s most beautiful high-altitude lakes.
The route passes rolling hills, remote valleys, and the small turquoise lake of Tazang Tso. Keep an eye out for marmots and other wildlife along the way.
Arrive at Korzok Village on the shores of Tsomoriri Lake and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Today’s challenging ride takes you across the Polokongka La Pass (4,950 m) before descending toward the stunning Tsokar Lake.
Cross the vast plains of the Changthang Plateau, home to Tibetan wild asses (Kiang), marmots, foxes, and numerous bird species.

Ride across the famous More Plains, one of the most unique landscapes in Ladakh.
Along the route, you may encounter the Changpa nomads who spend their summers grazing herds of sheep, goats, and yaks on these high-altitude grasslands.

Today’s ride is one of the highlights of the expedition.
Climb to Tanglang La Pass (5,328 m), one of the highest motorable mountain passes in the world. From the summit, enjoy breathtaking Himalayan views before descending into the Indus Valley and continuing to Upshi.

Follow the Indus River through broad valleys and traditional Ladakhi villages as you make your final ride back to Leh.

This cycling expedition takes place in the remote high-altitude region of Ladakh, with elevations ranging from 3,500 meters to over 5,300 meters. A carefully planned acclimatization schedule is included to help participants adjust safely to the altitude.
The tour is suitable for active travelers with a good level of fitness and previous cycling experience. Daily rides cover varying distances and terrain, including mountain passes, long ascents, and remote Himalayan roads.
A flexible attitude, sense of adventure, and appreciation for local cultures will greatly enhance the experience.
