    Registration and Payments

    Filling out the registration form, payment of the deposit, and submission of a passport copy are an integral part of the tour registration process.

    • Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.


    Payment in Israeli Shekels by Israeli credit card can be made in 1 to 6 installments, with an additional 3% fee added to the credit card amount.

    It is also possible to pay via credit (credit-card installment plan) in up to 18 installments.

    Foreign currency payments (USD or EUR): For those wishing to pay in foreign currency, the exchange value will be calculated according to the official representative exchange rate on the payment date. Please note that if the USD exchange rate falls below the minimum ILS value set, an additional charge may apply to reach the minimum required amount.

    In the case of a foreign currency bank transfer, all banking fees will be charged to the traveler. Lagaat BeHodu will receive only the net amount actually credited to its account after deductions.


    According to the Israeli Cash Payment Limitation Law (effective 1.1.2019), cash payments (ILS or foreign currency) for transactions exceeding 11,000 ILS are limited to 10% of the transaction amount or 6,000 ILS (whichever is lower). The remainder must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

    Refund Policy and Cancellation Fees

    All cancellations must be submitted in writing only – via email or fax.

    • Cancellation fees for flights will follow the relevant airline’s policies.

    • Cancellation fees for ground services and administrative handling:

      • The consultation fee and deposit are non-refundable under all circumstances.

      • For cancellations made less than 60 days before departure – at least 10% of the ground services portion.

      • For cancellations made less than 30 days before departure – at least 20% of the ground services portion.

      • For cancellations made less than 10 days before departure – at least 30% of the ground services portion.

      • For cancellations made less than 5 days before departure – full cancellation fees apply.

    • In cases where payments have already been transferred to hotels or suppliers, non-refundable amounts will not be returned.

    • Any refund will be processed only after receiving the corresponding refunds from airlines and service providers.

    I am aware that reporting for and participating in the international flight is the traveler's responsibility. Everything related to the flights and everything that happens on the flights themselves is the sole responsibility of the relevant airlines.

    The traveler must provide all the necessary details and documents for the issuance of the visa to the relevant country, at the time requested, upon arrival in India.

    It is clear to me that I am obligated to purchase travel insurance. The insurance must include full medical care, search and rescue, evacuation, and special flight in the event of an emergency. Including a section for extreme sports and/or travel on terrain and dirt roads. It is highly recommended to purchase the insurance close to the registration date, to also insure luggage, and to take out insurance that covers losses due to cancellation of participation in the trip. I undertake that during the trip I will have travel insurance as specified.

    In the event of changes to the trip plan, due to unplanned situations such as flight cancellation or postponement, weather, road closures, or any other factor that dictates a change to the trip plan, I am aware that there is a possibility that I will have to add the additional financial cost relative to the change.
