I usually don't give recommendations, but this time I will go out of my way because I received truly exceptional service. I flew with my daughter for a mother-daughter trip. As soon as we arrived in Ladakh, we were greeted with a huge smile. Help with acclimatization to the altitude, then service, guidance, assistance, answering every question, 24/7 readiness for every request.

We traveled with Gailson in the summer of 2023. For 10 days, we felt as if we were guests of close family. Gailson speaks excellent English, knows the area and everything there is to do in it very well. He is sensitive to every change and knows how to respond in any situation.
